Funding Your Grad School Exploration & Studies Workshop, Jan. 20

Displaying until January 18, 2022

Are you looking for ways to fund your exploration of graduate schools and a doctoral program? California State University provides funding opportunities for both! Attend a free virtual session from 12:10 to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 20, to learn how the Sally Casanova Pre-Doctoral Scholar and CSU Chancellor’s Doctoral Incentive programs can support your doctoral aspirations. Join with Zoom — Meeting ID: 882 7916 9971. The CSU Chancellor’s Doctoral Incentive Program supports students in doctoral programs across the nation to prepare for an academic career in the CSU system by providing financial support, mentorship, professional development and grant resources. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, Feb. 1. The Sally Casanova Pre-Doctoral Scholar Program is designed to increase the diversity of CSU students who will continue their studies at the doctoral level and be eligible for faculty positions. These predoctoral scholars — who must be enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students in the CSU this fall — receive $3,000 to explore doctoral opportunities. Applications are due by Tuesday, Feb. 18. Questions about the workshop or programs? Email grad@calpoly.edu or lsamp@calpoly.edu.
