Starting Oct. 1, 2024, Adobe Creative Cloud will no longer be able to sync or share files and all cloud-based copies of files will be permanently removed. Anything previously shared from Creative Cloud Synced files will no longer be accessible to others both inside and outside of Cal Poly. Files saved to the local Creative Cloud Files folder will remain.  

In anticipation of this change, we recommend that you begin the process of migrating Adobe cloud files to either your OneDrive or a SharePoint document library to ensure they are safely backed up and assets are not lost in this process.
