The deadline to apply for the Men & Masculinities Program’s Men of Color Success Initiative, or MOCSI, is 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 29. The initiative is accepting mentee and mentor applications for the 2021-22 cohort. MOCSI Mentorship Program connects first-year undergraduate and graduate men of color at Cal Poly with a dynamic community of peer and faculty and staff mentors who create a network of social, professional and academic support. This network will invest in mentees’ personal development and support their success at Cal Poly, increasing a sense of community, engagement and persistence toward earning their degree.
