The annual Administration and Finance customer satisfaction survey is open to all faculty, staff and students through April 15. Results of the Focus Forward Survey will help A&F leadership learn from customers’ knowledge, values and experiences to enhance and improve business processes and customer service pertaining to each unit and department. A&F has eight units that fulfill major operational roles for the university. With an annual budget of $101.4 million, the division is responsible for capital project planning and maintenance of nearly 6 million square feet of space in the 150 major buildings on campus. A&F also oversees the campus police department and Cal Poly Corporation – the university’s non-profit auxiliary organization that operates the bookstore and campus dining facilities. Survey respondents are only being asked to complete sections relevant to them. For every section that a participant completes they will be entered into a drawing for an iPad Mini or more than 60 other prizes. Take the survey here!
