The Cal Poly Police Department is committed to transparency with members of the campus community. In July 2022, the CSU board of trustees approved the systemwide Regulated Tools and Equipment policy. This policy requires every law enforcement agency in California to publish certain information annually regarding specified equipment. 

CPPD will host two community engagement events to discuss information contained within this report at 5 p.m. Jan. 20 and 25 in the Public Safety Building (No. 36), Room 105 (the Public Safety Training Room). The community engagement event is open to all students, faculty and staff.
