The CSUBUY Project Team will host a virtual roadshow for a new systemwide procurement program at Cal Poly on Wednesday, Feb. 15. The team will offer several dedicated sessions for specific teams as well as an hourlong informational town hall that is open to all to provide a first look at the application for those who will be impacted by the implementation of CSUBUY Procure-to-Pay. CSUBUY is a new, streamlined and automated platform that gives employees a straightforward way to purchase goods and services, and covers every step from requisition to payment. The town hall Zoom session will begin at 12:30 p.m. Cal Poly is among the nine California State University campuses to participate in the design and pilot of CSUBUY. The campus go-live date is in September.
