The annual Administration and Finance customer-satisfaction survey is asking all A&F constituents for feedback on the university division’s performance over the past year. Your input will help all A&F departments and units fine-tune their offerings and deliverables and further understand their level of customer service. It is open to all faculty, staff and students. The Focus Forward Survey will be open through March 24. While the survey covers every A&F unit and department, campus community members are only being asked to complete the sections relevant to them. For every section that participants complete they will be entered into a drawing for: Beats Studio Wireless Buds; a Ninja DualBrew Pro coffee system; a 36-inch Blackstone Griddle; a Spike Ball Set; or one of 30 local business gift cards. The information gathered from the survey will be used by A&F to assess offerings and deliverables.
