The Pinnacle billing system will be offline for a software update (from 7.6 to 7.7) on Tuesday, December 21 from 4:00am to 10:00am (target uptime is 9:00).  The Cal Poly portal app labeled “Telephone Administration” will not function during this maintenance period.
