Faculty, staff, and students are invited to join the Kennedy Library Transformation team on Friday, March 15, from 12 to 2 p.m. for a free furniture event featuring items currently in the temporary study structures in lot C-7. These items include outdoor chairs, tables, and patio furniture. The event will occur in the C-7 parking lot at the intersection of North Perimeter Road and California Boulevard. The event is hosted in partnership with Cal Poly Green Campus to reduce landfill waste and support campus sustainability and conservation initiatives. Attendees should plan accordingly, bring proper transportation, and safely lift when moving items.
