The Kennedy Library Transformation team is excited to share some project updates and milestones. First, the delivery of the energy-efficient window systems is complete, and the team is preparing for installation. Progress is steady on all levels for the rough-in of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring optimal comfort. Finally, rough-in of fire sprinkler systems and rough framing occurs across all floors. Additionally, the C7 parking spaces are available again for staff and faculty. However, there will be a road closure on North Perimeter from Dexter Road to University Drive from Monday, April 15th, to Friday, April 26th. This closure facilitates the safe loading of new stair structural steel
using a large crane. While vehicular access will be restricted, the north sidewalk remains open for pedestrian traffic. To view the construction timeline, please visit
